Breaking News: HHS Awards $165 Million in COVID-19 Funding

Today, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) awarded $165 million to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in rural communities. This funding will support 1,779 small rural hospitals and provide additional funding to 14 HRSA-funded Telehealth Resource Centers to provide technical assistance on Telehealth to help rural and underserved areas combat COVID-19.

Breaking News: Funding Available Through FCC $200M Grant Fund

The FCC released a new funding opportunity available specifically for Telehealth Program funding.
This Telehealth funding is part of the CARES Act and provides $200 million to help health care providers deliver connected care services to patients in their homes or mobile locations in response to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The COVID-19 Telehealth Program provides support to fund telecommunications and information services & devices needed to provide critical connected care services. This support is made available to help health centers continue to deliver the highest level of care in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
