Private equity firm Veritas has expanded further into the healthcare technology space through their acquisition of GE Healthcare’s value-based care division. The trio of businesses purchased by Veritas through the $1.05 billion deal include mostly workflow management and IT functions that will help to further modernize our current healthcare system.

BlueNovo Team Prepares Dinner for Local DC Shelter
BlueNovo team members give back to the community by preparing taco night for the residents of N Street Village in Washington DC. N Street Village empowers homeless and low-income women in Washington, D.C. to claim their highest quality of life by offering a broad spectrum of services, housing, and advocacy in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. We help women achieve stability and make meaningful gains in their housing, income, employment, mental health, physical health, and addiction recovery. This year, BlueNovo participated in A Wider Circle’s Holiday Giving Program by collecting items such as clothes, books, toys for kids through high school. A Wider Circle is dedicated to helping individuals and families in need by providing basic necessities and hosting educational workshops. We were happy to help our local service organization in Silver Spring!
